Discover the transformative power of psychotherapy in Canada with a multicultural, individualized, and integrative approach. For this reason, I tailor my approach to ease the resistance to therapy by using theory and by creating an open non-judgemental space.
I rely on both the science and the art of psychotherapy. The science includes the knowledge and skills that my education and training have provided. It also involves making sure I can stay up-to-date with research and techniques to provide the best quality of services to my clients.
The art of psychotherapy, however, is another matter. It forms in the unique interaction between the therapist and the client during each session. The infinite complexities of a human being can only be untangled through another human being. The art of psychotherapy calls for me to be deeply rooted into the interaction, with the science as my toolkit.
To increase well being, I would like to help you understand your internal self and your values. These may be masked by other outer layers, that together we could understand and uncover. I hope to be able to help you in your journey to reduce what is preventing happiness and well being and to increase what causes it. I hope to bring you closer to feeling wholeness and congruence of your own unique internal and external self.
