Our team of board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and a Licensed Professional Counselor provides comprehensive care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and co-occurring substance use disorders. We specialize in psychiatric medication management, offering thoughtful, individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s symptoms, medical history, and personal goals.
Resolute also provides Medication-Assisted Treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorders, including Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and other evidence-based options. For adults struggling with treatment-resistant depression, we offer in-clinic SPRAVATO® (esketamine) therapy under medical supervision.
