The Fitness Konnection was established on 1st July 2015 for a unique purpose in fitness. Its primary motive is to keep people fit and strong without machine workouts and make people aware of the floor workouts and bodyweight exercises in a unique way. We provide a different flavor of workout every day so that people don't get bored.
The Fitness Konnection provides a blend of workouts in a familiar atmosphere. Our first priority is to give fast and long term stable results. At fitness connection, we do assessments of our clients every day and maintain their record of body weight and inches.
